Greetings,
The practice put in to perspective my involvement in a holistic scheme. The words are words of unity with the people around us, a pray to help facilitate self-help and the power to assist. As the number of times of repeating the mantra increased so did the energy within, things became clearer, how to work with clients knowing what my intentions are and not take over what the client needs from the process (aside from the intention to assist).
I discovered that I am out of control in the sense that I am caught up in situations that are, in my mind, taking from other aspects in my life. I am in need of focus in the Biological aspect. This has always been the key to my spiritual and mental balance. Exercise helps me open the mental gateway, and being around animals and nature helps to open the gateway for spiritual awareness. These things have been missing in my life; I have allowed work to take the place of many things. Some of my clients have benefited to from the experiences with nature, and see a difference when I have witness the changing of a heart when a person spends time with the horses. I have a lot to go to improve or make changes, and hopefully things will slow down so I can take a breath, or better yet I’ll see that they are not moving as fast as I think, and just make the necessary adjustments.

Hi Kevin,
ReplyDeleteI think it is awesome work that you do. Helping in so many ways.
Time is a huge bummer when it comes to our own well being. I know. I have the same problem sometimes. I am learning to make time. I have started going to my room half hour earlier to meditate. I make my break time at work quiet mind time. It really does make a difference. I hope that you can soon find some time for yourself. You deserve it!
